Great start!
I cannot believe that any democrat would be so selfish, so self absorbed and so stupidly pissed off because their candidate lost. I cannot believe that you would waste your valuable vote on keeping the same power hungry fools in office. If you go ahead with this I hope you get exactly what you deserve, nothing but pain and sorrow. Oh and by the way, you are too stupid to vote!!
What an absolutely disgusting position to take. Since we didn’t win I’m taking my ball and going home!!! Wah Wah
It is literally impossible to vote for McBush. Whoever purchases these is a moron! Fred is correct. You are all to stupid to vote!
Give me one McBush position that you agree with???? You are all intelectually lazy!
Do you think your attacks are going to change anyones mind?
Seriously?
Who is ACTUALLY making money of this CRAP … ?
Didn’t Obama win the delegate count? Being a Clinton supporter (Which I was at one time) Rules don’t mean much to you all! She had it…all she had to do was heal the party…”It takes a mom”…instead she chose to run an attacking campaign because she is stuck in the republicants vs. the Clintons mode! The person you should be angry with is her and her campaign…They blew it!
“Who is ACTUALLY making money of this CRAP … ?”
McCain will benefit for starters.
Another mention by the media…
http://slog.thestranger.com/2008/06/dept_of_stupid_fucking_democrats
You’re all in the minority…go for it!
Please people, accept defeat with class just as Hillary herself has done. Your support for McCain will only hurt this country further. Michigan and Florida chose to break the rules set by the party, Obama did not make this decision. Sure, the Democrat party needs major improvement but electing McCain is not going to lead to this.
You candidate might have won if she didn’t resort to underhanded tactics, a negative tone and insisted on trashing a fellow democrat.
You people are fanatical and McCain deserves you.
Democrats might be for McCain for reasons other than being a Hillary supporter.
For instance, they might be appalled over Obama’s 2005 vote in favor of a federal ban on .30-30 deer hunting ammo.
Or they might have just been disenfranchised by Obama and the DNC.
Here’s a helpful hint for DNC strategists: “Don’t disenfranchise your own voters.”
I not vote for a candidate I do not want in the White House, even if he is a Dem.
My alliegence to the party was terminated by myself when Obama was made their King!
Beware of the comments you read. Obama has over 400 trolls posting comments all over the Internet.
Read about all Obama lies and his radical, unpatriotic friends.
http://www.AudacityOfHypocrisy.com.
Obama is fraud. I am not voting for a liar with no judgment. As a black man, I will not vote for a person simply because he is black. Obama lacks credibility, integrity. He has no good judgment considering his friends like Resko, Khalidi, Wright, Ariers etc. Obama’s formers church supports Hamas.
Wake up America - America First, Party affiliation second.
I’m no longer a democrat. I can vote anyway I see fit. I see it as my responsibility to defend the country against the radical view of Farakkhan, Wright, Father Pflegler, Billy Ayers. I will not let anyone with 20 years association with those people have the power of the White House. Not over my dead body.
thanks for the opportunity to support and buy this bumper sticker. i will present it proudly right next to my Hillary stickers. need some yard signs, you know there are millions of us…
Isn’t it funny howe all these paid obambi bloggers are afraid of our movement. get use to it kiddies, obama is going to lose, and i mean BIG time…
we’ll see who loses. but thing is sure Obama has destroyed your bitch Clinton and nothing will ever change that.
To all Sen. Obama supporters,
I am going to try to be rational and address you.
Listen, this is a site for Clinton supporters who will endorse and support McCain should Sen. Clinton actually concede. We respect your right to support Sen. Obama and I am respectfully asking you to please stop posting here. Go to the “pro-Obama” boards and have a blast. But threatening people here, ridiculing them, calling them racists, using foul language, etc. is doing absolutely nothing to unify the Democratic Party.
And honestly, the Democratic Party has absolutely destroyed itself. You should be angry with the DNC just as much as Sen. Clinton’s supporters. Don’t you see that? If the Party hadn’t so terribly mis-managed this entire nominee race we would HAVE clear winner - one way or the other. One candidate would have had enough votes to be the nominee without having to rely on the Superdelegates. So, direct some of your angry towards them as well.
Regardless, please just stop with the bombardment of hateful rhetoric and comments. Many supporters of Sen. Clinton will NOT support Sen. Obama. We have our own opinions of him and there are reasons we will not vote for him. That is OUR right. This is America or have all of you forgotten that?
Country first, Party second, Obama NEVER!!!!!
Obama supporters can go straight to hell. He (Obama) race baited Hillary throughout the primary and with the help of the Obama obsessed media, he BARELY won.
Like it or not, you far left wing nut jobs are headed for defeat in November. Americans will see Obama and his America hating wife for what they are. Power hungry and entitled.
Never in my 39 years, would I think I would be on the side of the GOP, but this year I and MANY MANY others I know are switching allegiences and supporting McCain.
The GOP is going to destroy Obama’s campaign and with the help of women, seniors and the white working class we will gladly help.
Mark my words, you guys and your “Kool Aid” candidate are headed for defeat.
For the first time in my life, This Democrat will proudly vote for John McCain. He is a War Hero, Maverick and the man with the most experience. Leave it to the DNC to nominate a sure loser.
John McCain for America, 2008
The Democratic Party has been taken over by “thugs”. No longer exists. I do NOT want any parts of them.
YES. McCain.
I have never been more disgusted then I am today. I CANNOT in good conscience vote for Obama. He and his follwers are wrong for America.
I would love to still vote for Hillary, but that won’t count so It is McCain for me.
I don’t understand why a Democrat who would support Hillary Clinton could contemplate supporting Grampy McSame. War in Iraq for 50 years, bomb Iran, overturn Roe v Wade, expanding the spying on Amerians, more corporate greed, the middle class falling further behind, gas prices continuing to increase, health insurance costs continuing to increase with no effort increase coverage or lower costs.
I understand the disappointment of the primary and what happened in Michigan and Florida. But both candidates prior to those primaries had agreed they would not count. Those were the rules and both candidates specifically agreed to that. Every single one of Hillary Clinton’s members on the Democratic Rules committee voted for that position prior to the primary season. Those were the RULES that everyone had agreed to. It wasn’t until she fell behind and needed those votes did HC become an advocate to count Michigan and Florida votes.
The bottom line is that an Obama administration will be staffed by people like Joe Biden, Bill Richardson, John Edwards. A McCain administration will have Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee and a bunch of assorted lobbyist hacks. If you are a true democrat, which horse do you really want to hitch your saddle to?
no the bitch in this election would be his wife/WHORE MEE-shell.
You lose the Obamabots because you started your meesage with rational in the first sentence. I agree: Obama supporters have a myriad of sites to go to get a lot of assuaging for their choice. Hillary’s supporters can turn and vote for whomever they choose. Clinton supporters are not a cult, they are people who were left behind by Obama’s version of the Democratic party.
We are moving on. It would behoove Obama’s supporters to do so as well. From the tone of this website, their presence only serves as a confirmation that he is the weaker candidate who will be trounced in the GE.
i am no longer a democrat. i supported hillary. i will now support mccain. my reasons. mccain is a patriot. he does not hang with william ayers and discuss the good old days when there were not enough bombs for their radical pursuits or enough to kill more innocent security guards. mccain does not have a history of sitting in an anti-white, anti=american church for twenty years with two young children. mccain does not have private meetings with top level nation of islam leaders after his public appearances. mccain did not go to kenya and campaign for a murdering, blood thirsty cousin and then broker an agreement to get him co-leadership if said cousin would only stop locking people in churches to burn alive, or hacking them to death with machetes. mccain was not part of the daley political machine of chicago, does not carry endorsements from louis farrakhan, and was not a best bud to tony rezko for seventeen years. mccain did not buy most of the superdelegates with george soros’s money, did not bully and thug his way through the caucuses, and did not threaten anyone that did not follow his suggestions. mccain did not race bait the clintons or divide the party of my choice with his constant cries of victimization, and racism. mccain does not have to constantly explain what he meant that was supposedly not what he actually said. mccain has some quite good ideas on his issues site. he will not be as good as hillary, but i wont wake up being forced to follow sharia law someday, and my president will not be spending all his time telling me what i can drive, or what i can eat in order to fit into the global opinion of how americans should live because the rest of the world lives that way. my president will not be spending all his time in iran “talking” to a leader that wants to kill all americans and wipe israel off the face of the earth. and lastly, but not least, i’m fairly certain mccain knows where the great lakes are, will not confuse our fifty states with the fifty seven states of the nation of islam by saying he has visited all fifty seven states, and wont be calling the prime minister of canada mr. president. now, if after all this, you still wonder why i would move from hillary to mccain, instead of obama, and you are about to call me racist, which is the main response from obamabots to anyone that will not support obama, my response to you is “i am not a racist, and never have been, but for obama i will make an exception”. truthfully, i could never vote for obama. there are about 99 reasons, including his inexperience, and his affiliations, but his race isnt one of them. hope this has been enlightening, but somehow i seriously doubt any obamabot can see much beyond the glow from the chosen one. just remember, in the general election, there are no caucuses, and there is no dnc. obama is going to go down in flames, and i just love a good bonfire. first choice hillary, second choice mccain, obama does not figure in the equation. i love my country too much to let him anywhere near the white house. have a great day and enjoy your party now. it will not last.
I am pretty sure that most of the people registered on “hillaryis44″ and “dems4mccain” and other similar sites weren’t Hillary supporters to begin with. I didn’t support /either/ candidate for the Democratic nomination. Like many economic conservatives, I supported Ron Paul and his pseudo-Republican bid.
However, watching the Democratic contest has been very interesting. I was surprised that Obama’s campaign never mentioned the Clintons’ past legal and moral issues, that that they stuck to political views only, while the Clinton campaign consistently resorted to playing the gender issue and direct open attacks on Obama. I have seen dozens of so-called “Hillary supporters” sling lies and insults, making up ridiculous names like “Obambi” and “Waffles,” slandering his race, his family, his wife, his children, and anyone who supports him. Simultaneously, they accuse his campaign of “race-baiting”, “sexism,” and “insults,” when I have only seen those things coming from the Clinton campaign and supporters. I have seen these same “Clinton supporters” claiming that Fox News is the only unbiased news source, and that McCain is the best option since Hillary had the election “stolen,” despite the fact that 18 million people voted for Obama as well.
Looking at all the evidence… the lies, the slander, the open attacks while claiming to be the true victims, the ever-so-concerned “supporters” parroting neo-conservative talking points taken straight from the McCain website, and McCain campaign memos talking about hijacking Clinton supporters with hidden shills, it is clear that 9/10ths of these so-called “supporters” are just neocon attack dogs, trying to hijack the support of Clinton backers.
Clinton supporters, I know that you’re not pleased that Obama won the nomination. I agree that he’s not very experienced in foreign affairs. However, you have to keep in mind that no matter how inexperienced he is, he’s far less of a threat to your rights than John McCain. We’re at a crucial turning point in history. America is going to pass by the wayside and become a failed power, languishing in China’s shadow if we don’t fix our domestic agenda and get out of these foreign quagmires. Since my candidate didn’t get nominated, I decided that whoever won the Democratic primary was the best chance for the US to revive its struggling economy and escape the HUGE economic drain of the Middle East, and to preserve personal freedoms of American citizens. McCain will do his best to overturn Roe vs. Wade, to continue the War on Drugs, to extend tax cuts to the wealthy while increasing the burden on the middle class, to keep spying on you in your homes.
I don’t like Obama so much. But with my candidate out of the race I’d rather vote for him than vote for someone who will keep us on our current road to failure on the world stage. Clinton supporters, don’t let the neo-conservative agenda hijack you for their own means. Show them you’re not their tools. If you truly hate Obama, write-in a vote for Hillary Clinton. You can do that. But don’t vote for McCain.
It’s strange that Obamabots think that Hillary supporters are voting for McCain just because they’re bitter. That’s simply not the case. We are voting for McCain because, between the two, McCain is clearly the better, more experienced candidate. I made up my mind in January that, if Hillary wasn’t the nominee, I would support McCain. The horrible actions of Obama and his supporters have only confirmed that this was the right decision.
I AM ON BOARD! MCCAIN IS MY CHOICE NOW. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND HILLARY CLINTON.
I can understand how you missed what happened. If Hillary Clinton had been anything less than outstanding, it would have gone over our heads. The silver lining is that it was Hillary, and therefore what happened was GLARING.
What happened is, we woke up.
Oy.
hahaha ahahaha
That is why you called us C*cksuckers on Hillaryforum right?
Quit you’re bitchin’
What? Look at the tagline of this website, “You thought we were bitter before.”
You can exactly refute something when it is the backbone of your cause. Isn’t that what you think the DNC did?Hypocrite.
Which came first? Were the “rules” made to be broken? Or did the Republicans seize an opp.? The only thing we know for sure is that the only people who weren’t in on it were the voters.
Obama is living in Farrakhan’s house. According to the NY Times, O. got a great deal, cf. stop_obama.com. Farrakhan was selling it for $1,600,000 and O. got it for $500,000. That’s a steep discount. And then O. disowns him like he did Rezko and Wright.
No bitch did anything. This was a done deal from day one and everyone was in on it except for the voters.
I didn’t know he won. Hillary was sweeping up when the supers jumped to his rescue. Then the right wing dirt came out about O., and the supers rescued him again. Then came the dumb decision on Florida and Michigan. I think this is what you call “stealing an election.”
In the general, there are no supers. Those guys will only have one little vote, like the rest of us. That’s where Hillary’s sweep will be evident.
My grandmother used to say, “Crime doesn’t pay.”
Amen.
What a bunch of racist sore losers you people are. Good riddance, the Democratic party does not need a bunch of close minded uneducated racists.
Coming here and saying rude things to us sir means you are not smart enough to vote.
I agree with McCain’s position that gay marriage legality should be decided by the states. Want more?
I am not angry at Clinton, toward the end she was less then 90 pledged delegates to gaining on him and WON the popular vote unless you twisted and turned the number many times over.
The Democratic party DOES need some more sexist morons however, I suggest you go meet up with them
Hi everyone, I’m a big pink pussy.
So…all of you prefer war, and torture, tax breaks for the rich, spying on Americans, having lobbyists running your party, the destruction of the Constitution…shall I go on? Very sad! had Hillary been chosen by the Super Delegates after losing the delegate vote and the majority vote…you would have been OK with that!!! She ran a horrible campaign! She lost! So…go ahead vote for McBush…you’re all in the minority!
Why is he a maverick?
Plus…let me add that John McBush is a coward! When GW started the whisper Campaign in 2000…he folded and has fallen in line like the little puppy dog that he is!
Republicans for Obama!

Christina,
Yes, I called you that over there. And that’s the difference between you and I. I did it
on sites where it will be appreciated. You on the other hand troll here and are obviously
trolling over there when you are a supporter of Sen. Obama. No one wants you here. No
one wants you there. Stay with pro-Obama sites where your input will be valued and
respected. I’m all for freedom of speech and you have the right to support Sen. Obama.
Just as I have the right to support Sen. Clinton, Sen. McCain, or fricking Peppy LePue for
President if that’s what I want to do. For some reason so many of Sen. Obama’s
supporters fail to recognize that this is a free country and we are free to support the
candidate of our choice. We don’t support Sen. Obama as a candidate. It’s America
and it’s allowed. If you don’t like that, well take your ass to Cuba!!!!
Yes.. if hillary had won with delegates.. they would be fine with it.
This is all a pedestal to project anger at men in general…. They dont really care about Hillary.
Hillary is asking them NOT to do this. They only hear what they want to hear.
it shames me to see people voting for mccain calling themselves democrats…
Please visit PUMA forum Hillary Supporters for McCain–Party Unity My Ass!
http://www.pumaparty.com/forum/
This way we can consolidate and unify our efforts!
Thanks!
I only became a Dem to vote for Hillary. I am an Independent. Also, I would want it clear that I supported Hillary.
And to those who say our “candidate lost” - no, actually she didn’t. Well, unless of course you believe Al Gore lost in 2000. She received more votes, and she - not Obama - is the candidate for me.
McCain 08, Hillary 2012!
How about making a T-shirt that says
“McCain 08″
“Hillary 2012″
“I cannot believe that any democrat would be so selfish”
Yeah - we didn’t think that Obama and the DNC would be this selfish either! To disenfranchise & marginalize the votes of millions of once loyal Democratic voters in two states for one candidate. Who thought that they would stoop THIS low to steal the nomination for Barack Obama.
I’m as outraged as you are!!
“Didn’t Obama win the delegate count?”
NOT LEGITIMATELY!!!
You Obama supporters got ALOT of damn nerve acting like Obama won the nomination legitimately. You’re no better than Bush supporters.
The DNC stole the MI delegates for Obama. AND cut MI and FL votes in half. Plus Hillary won the damn popular vote by over 300,000 votes - a glaringly obvious fact that the stupid Obama spawn are more than happy to keep ignoring.
In 2000, when Al Gore’s popular vote win in FL went completely ignored by the Republicans, the Democrat party leaders were PISSED - screaming “Count Every Vote!”
Eight years later, they turn around and do the same damn thing.
The DNC and many Democrat leaders - not to mention most of the Obama supporters - are nothing but a bunch of blatantly hypocritical, two-faced, lying scum.
I REFUSE to reward that evil behavior with MY vote.
Stop fooling yourself.
Defeat isn’t the problem and you Obama clowns know it. So stop insulting our intelligence.
You know damn well that Obama didn’t get the nomination legitimately.
Michigan and Florida Democratic VOTERS DIDN’T BREAK THE RULES. Yet they got the shaft from the DNC. They were angry because Obama LOST both states and counting the votes LEGITIMATELY would have made Hillary the winner of the Democratic nomination. So they hollered about the “roolz” to cheat for Obama. EXACTLY like the Republicans did in 2000 to steal Florida for GWB.
It is clear now that not only do Obama & many Democratic leaders NOT give a damn about the people, but the rotten behavior they’ve displayed so far will continue to get worse if Obama ever made it to the White House.
The DNC and Obama lied, stole, cheated and backstabbed fellow Democrats to get the nomination for Obama.
NOW they want “unity.”
F— them.
Speaking of, I really think you’ll like this.
http://www.dems4mccain.info/we-trusted-the-dnc-rules-committee-t-shirt-design
“Here’s a helpful hint for DNC strategists: ‘Don’t disenfranchise your own voters.’”
Thank you.
Logic seems to totally escape the Obama group.
The rest of the whole damn country sees just how low the DNC stooped to select Obama.
Now why in the hell would we vote for a presidential candidate that was more than willing to screw over voters in two STATES for political gain? Doesn’t logic tell these Obama fools that he will do WORSE if elected President??
I agree too!
And it truly hurts - because it would have been really wonderful to have an African American POTUS for the first time.
But not Barack Obama.
“And honestly, the Democratic Party has absolutely destroyed itself. So, direct some of your angry towards them as well.”
Ain’t it the truth?
Lying, cheating and stealing for the WEAKEST candidate. Alienating the MAJORITY of the most loyal core base of the party for shaky newcomers’ MONEY. Disenfranchising - then marginalizing - Democratic voters in two states. Then after all of that, try to bully, threaten and guilt an opposing Democratic candidate’s supporters into voting for THEIR secretly-chosen-well-in-advance-before-the-primaries weaker candidate. Threatening them with statements like “Four more years of McBush!” and “Roe vs. Wade overturned with McBush!”
Leave it to the stupid Democratic party to take what should have been a sure victory in November and completely destroy it!
But in DNC’s twisted minds and logic, they blame Hillary Clinton.
THEN they will have the hubris to blame Hillary AND her supporters - THE PEOPLE - for Obama’s impending huge loss in November.
The Democratic party has officially, totally and completely lost their damn minds.
“I understand the disappointment of the primary and what happened in Michigan and Florida. But both candidates prior to those primaries had agreed they would not count. Those were the rules and both candidates specifically agreed to that. Every single one of Hillary Clinton’s members on the Democratic Rules committee voted for that position prior to the primary season. Those were the RULES that everyone had agreed to.”
You understand nothing.
The Supreme Court RULES stated that there would be no recounting of votes in Florida for the 2000 Presidential election and gave Florida’s tie-breaking electoral votes to the Republican candidate. As a result, George W. Bush became POTUS in 2000. Records showed later on in 2001 that Al Gore DID actually win the majority of the votes in Florida - thereby legitimately winning the Presidency.
Did you agree with those “rules?”
What the DNC did for Obama was no different than what the primarily Republican Supreme Court did for George W. Bush in 2000.
Stop trying to tell people how to vote.
We can vote for whomever the hell WE want to vote for.
And we will.
The DNC & Obama stole the Democratic nomination from the majority of Democratic voters. But he won’t steal the general election from us. We’ll have November.
McCAIN 08!!!
What? Look at the tagline of this website, “You thought we were bitter before.”
*sigh*
Now Obama nitwits don’t recognize sarcasm when they see it.
The tagline represents Obama’s “bitter” comments about Pennsylvania voters.
This is a damn shame.
The OFFICIAL PUMA (People United Means Action) site is:
http://blog.pumapac.org/
When I was growing up, and that was along time ago, I came from a family that believed the Democratic Party was the only party for the working class. I don’t know what happened but this “PARTY” is not a “PARTY” any more. We should of had the symbol of the our new movement to be a “PHOENIX”…it is said to be a mythical bird that burns, turns to ashes, and rises from the ashes to begin anew. This is what has to be done with this DNC and the Democratic Party. It needs to suffer a great defeat by the hands of the DNC and Obama to rebuild itself into the party of the people again. A party that doesn’t play dirty tricks, that counts every vote, that cares about all the people, and especially one that listens. The party as we know it now has been taken over by a group of people that I do not know. I could never have imagined in my lifetime I would see this party selected a candidate who is so RADICAL. All this Anti-American stuff that is associated with Obama doesn’t seem to matter, yet they pick him to represent our party. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? I will be voting for MCCAIN, and I will do everything I can to get him elected. If the DNC and Obama are denying the people votes now, can you imagine what they can do to this country if they get in the White House……
I’m from Michigan and I call bullshit. We knew, going into the primary, that our votes wouldn’t count. There was no choice but Hillary on the ballot. So many democrats, myself included, chose either not to vote or to try and ratfuck the Republican primary.
I would have voted for Hillary if we had had an actual election–you know, the kind with candidates on the ballot and delegates being awarded. But we didn’t.
I will vote for Obama, because he supports the same positions that Hillary does.
I will not be a petulant little fool and vote for McCain because I couldn’t get my way. The Naderites were wrong in 2008. And you people are wrong now. Grow up and fight for the causes we believe in, instead of pouting.
Because McCain is just Bush repackaged. And if he gets elected, we are all royally screwed.
But what about the rest of the post. Do you really want Huckabee, Romney and McBush running things?
I, ro one, do not welcome a new set of right wingnut overlords.
What the press did to Hillary was a travesty. McCain all the way NOW.
Your ignorance is stunning! Obama, Edwards and Richardson took their names off the MI ballot VOLUNTARILY. Why the hell do you think THAT is? Grow up? Hillary didn’t do this to the voters in Michigan. Obama and his merry minions did it. It’s blatently obvious and factually supported. How long are you people going to wipe this little boy’s ass? Shouldn’t he be potty trained by now?
“Game the system”…
Duh…..
I AM grown up. I believe that this administration should be held accountable for the crimes that they have committed. Unfortunately, Obama does not. He doesn’t think what Bush Co. has done “warrants impeachment”. Sounds like Obama is “Bush repackaged”, doesn’t it? Get your facts straight before you spew your sanctimonious bs.
Is this all you Obama supporters know how to do? Insult after insult…
It’s rather nauseating. I guess that’s what you must resort to when there’s nothing else to bolster your claims. Unity, my ass.
Run along. The DNC/Obama made the choice. Actions have consequences. Deal with it.
The only one too stupid to vote is the person who confuses “to” for “too” and can’t spell “intellectually” correctly.
It is every American’s responsibility to assess each candidate and whether (s)he should receive a vote. I evaluate any candidate on three broad categories: (1) qualifications; (2) character; and (3) policies.
Obama fails miserably in my assessment in all three categories. This Democrat will not vote in lockstep for Obama simply because he is a Democrat. Democrats who say we must vote for Obama out of party unity should have scrutinized him further (given the media’s aversion to doing so) to determine whether he truly was electable.
Obama has no significant governing experience or legislative accomplishments. His divisive campaign tactics (including character attacks, the injection of race, and a dismissive attitude toward Hillary and the Clinton legacy) contradict his rhetoric of unity, bipartisanship, and problem-solving. His long-standing relationships and mentorships with people like Wright, Rezko, Ayers, and others are troublesome; his claims that he was unaware of their actions/statements is disingenuous at best. His policy positions on a number of issues, particularly in foreign policy are unacceptable to me. His willingness to sit down without preconditions to talk with the world’s most dangerous dictators undoubtedly disqualifies him from the position of Commander in Chief. His failure to stand up for universal healthcare (not universal “access” — we have that now and we all know it’s a misnomer) is an act of treason to a core Democratic principle. And the list goes on.
For these reasons, I must support McCain.
I trust McCain to make reasonable, informed and bipartisan foreign policy decisions because of his record of bipartisanship and his greater understanding of the complexities in this area.
Simply tying McCain to Bush will not convince me otherwise.
That’s 100% true. The voters *didn’t* break the rules. But their elected leaders did, and if we don’t hold leaders who break rules accountable, then who ultimately gets screwed? All of us. After the last 8 years, isn’t that much clear?
It sucks that the good voters of Florida and Michigan got screwed this time around, but I take comfort in the fact that they will get to kick the bastards out of office soon… (and I hope they do).
Sorry, but you must have forgotten: Hillary is also a member of the DNC, and several of her advisers were on the committee to vote to disenfranchise Florida and Michigan. In retrospect, that was a truly stupid decision, but there’s no conspiracy here, no Obama cabal anointing him. Only politics. Imperfect politics.
Um. No. The supers only ratified a decision that was made by regular old delegates. You know, the ones voters decided on? Check out the stats: even with Florida and Michigan seated in full, and removing supers from consideration, Hillary still would have lost. I love and respect her, but facts are facts.
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/democratic_delegate_count.html
Hillary Clinton 17,673,329 (50.45%)
Barack Obama 17,355,652 (49.55%)
DO WE GO WITH LEGITIMATE VOTES AND DEMOCRACY, OR WITH
CORRUPT CAUCUSES AND DISPROPORTIONATE DELEGATES ?
PELOSI SAYS GO WITH THE WILL OF PEOPLE.
THAT SOUNDS LIKE GO WITH THE PEOPLE’S VOTES, DOESN’T IT?
People say they won’t vote for Obama because he has no experience or because of his friends - Rezko, Ayers, the racist preachers, the Iraqi crooks, and so forth.
I have a different reason and I find it odd that the media hasn’t addressed it.
The thing that completely turned me against him was the way he “won” this primary. We all know Hillary won the popular vote and I believe that this is representative of “the will of the people”.
What Obama did was not representative or even democratic. He won through delegates, not the popular vote. The delegates are based on an inequitable and disproportionate system which many have said should be abandoned for those reasons.
Obama took it a step further. He wanted to make sure he had the delegates and probably suspected he would have a hard time beating Hillary in the primaries, which he did. She had huge wins and won the big states needed to win in Nov..
So, he had his thugs go into the caucuses and threaten, pressure, and lock out voters. The worst of these cases was in Texas where voters had papers stolen, documents forged, people were pushed, blocked, sat down, thrown out, and locked out. There were threats, assaults, thefts, fraud, and corruption of every kind imaginable.
The proof is in the results. Texas is a clear example, Hillary won the legitimate primary votes and Obama “won” the delegates through the corrupt caucuses.
There were over 2000 complaints filed with the DNC in Texas alone, even with the phone lines jammed. Now that Obama has taken over the DNC I doubt that we will hear anymore about it.
I find it to be un-democratic, un-American, and shameful. That is why I’m not voting for Obama.
We won’t be in the minority come November.
If you want to know why your boy is a loser, listen to this brief audio. It will tell you why.

HILLARY CLINTON 2012
I am a democrat for McCAin and it is not because I am pissed off because my candidate didn’t win. Please don’t be so childish and naive. I am appalled by Obama and it has nothing to do with Clinton.
I would have supported any other candidate….anyone but Obama
“Obama has over 400 trolls posting comments all over the Internet.”
As an anti-neo-con, i’ve been just raring to take back the white house, and establish methods that take at least a slight step back towards reality….thus i’ve always considered both potential nominees to be fit to do the job.
Needless to say, i’m very saddened to see this tragic turn of events.
Seeing statements like the one at the top of my post do provide me with a little chuckle though.
Are you sure they were directly sent out by someone working with the campaign? Or could it be that there are probably millions of Obama supporters online through their own free will.
Like all of you.

This isn’t about picking a team–it’s not football. It’s about picking the best leader for our country. Personally, I’m sad Hillary’s out, but this isn’t about revenge for me. I am voting for McCain because he is way more experienced than Obama, and I trust him to make solid, intelligent decisions that are good for our country, even if I don’t agree with him on each and every issue. I don’t give a rat’s ass about the Democratic party. I want the best leader for my country. In my view, that was Hillary, but I have always liked McCain and I’ll be proud to vote for him. Obama is not ready to be president, and frankly, I don’t trust him.
It is sad that you people are going to hand this election to the republicans once again. I guess you would have made your point if McCain wins the election. I hope they have some soup and bread left when your in the soup line. Also George Bush and Dick Cheney dodged the draft. Oh yeah! Weren’t some Vietnam Vets baby killers.
Hey everyone,
Full disclosure: I am a Republican for McCain and obviously agree that Obama in the White House would be a disaster. Hillary Clinton fought a tough campaign and certainly earned my respect. She also spoke respectfully of Senator McCain and kept her comments about him to policy and not personal.
I wanted to invite everyone to visit our two political/social networking sites at http://mccainnow.com and http://www.johnmccain2008.ning.com. Sorry. I don’t know how to make clickable links in wordpress.
or maybe I do :-).
The fools who actually believe this is ALL about Clinton not getting the nomination are off the mark.
They will never get it…because most of them are so young and ill-informed. They believe Obama because HE said IT. Geez…get your info from a variety of sources people.
This whole election process has been a sham…a set up. When will THEY realize it? Probably never…it seems the schools aren’t teaching critical thinking skills anymore.
So stick your “selfish” comments up your a$$. Don’t blame me because your party nominated someone that cannot convince its own members to vote for.
America first, party second. I am bound by no law, no rule that says I have to vote for a Dem in the GE because I voted for a Dem in the Primary.
Morons
http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/06/10/obama-to-set-up-war-room-to-fight-false-internet-rumors/
Moron…how about reading for a change.
I am saddened that people like you just don’t give a shit
Ok…I thought it was a 100 years? Now you are just making things up with the 50 years.
McCain isn’t going to bomb Iran, Israel is. Come on, get some updated news.
Roe V. Wade…if Australia can leave it up to the states, why not us? Plus…when the Dems control everything else how the hell would it get overturned?
There is much more at stake here. Many of us vote for who we believe to be the best LEADER and I am happy to say…Obama does not fit the bill.
If I were you, I would look long and hard into Obama’s tax plan and not just rely on what he says. Also check history…it hopefully will wake you up…doubt it though.
Why are you assuming we believe in the same causes?
I can vote for whoever I want. Obama has not earned my trust through his past associations. If this is the choice at the convention, my vote will not go there.
Trolls, go crawl back under your bridge. Obama loves you, but the rest of us think you aint so hot.
Who are you referring to as trolls?
That is what’s so bizarre…i’m not some right-wing Limbaugh/Hannity, copy/pasting, caps-lock pressing, ranting and raving turd.
And as I said, i’ve never sided with either candidate, because whichever one of them was picked has never been the most important part to me.
Troops in harms way, with one side willing to go for the gusto in an epic, virtually timeless campaign at the expense of our countrymen/women’s lives, and an enourmous economic hole which i’m sure lots here can relate to. Then there is the other side, the one that used to be a whole, with a chance to take it in a different direction.
Everyone, at some point will realize what is really at stake. I really couldn’t guess at this point.
Call me a troll or whatever you want. I already got posts removed from noquarter, apparently for the same attitude problem(not being 100% pro-Hillary). I’ve been doing this long enough, I promise not to cry.
It is bs though.
I just wanted to share my idea with all the Hillocrats like myself who have donated to Hillary Clinton over this past year. If you have donated to Hillary make sure you go to John McCain’s site and donate 5 bucks or whatever you want. Just donate something where your name will be on both Hillary’s donor list and McCain’s donor list. That way the DNC will see that we are for real and we aren’t just going to “fall in line” like good little Democrats. If you want to get the DNC’s attention, show them that they are losing money by choosing Obama over Hillary. McCain is going to need the cash anyway to keep up with all of Hamas’ donations he is getting fed over the internet. Why do you think the FEC crashed a couple of weeks ago? I say that bullshit story about there was “to much information for the system” is just a way to hide where Obama’s money is really coming from. Can anyone say “AUCHI”? Does anyone but me think it’s very fishy that Obama could raise the kind of money he raised as an unknown freshman Senator? I don’t mean to sound all conspiracy theory on yall but could Obama actually be “The Manchurian Candidate” ? Just something to think about. Make sure you Hillary donors donate to McCain. Those who didn’t, go donate to McCain anyway. Keep Obama out of the white house. That is the mission.
this just shows how most of the obama supporter are so stupid, they think this is because Hillary lost. I am voting mccain and I am a democrat, but I do have enough brains to understand this country is in a mess and we don’t need someone like obama with no experience, so if you want to put another idiot like gwb then that’s your choice, but ex hillary supporters are smart enough to know we need experience not pre k at this point.
Does anyone else realize that if by chance the DNC switched nominees at any point the exact same thing will happen with the nearly identical number of Obama supporters?
Bye Democrat in the White House, hello another 4(at least) years of wars and being scared.
Glad I don’t have kids.
I LOVE IT. FINALLY THERE IS SOMETHING THAT REALLY ANGERS THE OBAMA BACKERS, VOTING FOR MCCAIN . AT THIS POINT LINKING MCCAIN TO BUSH DOES NOTHING FOR ME. THE HATE I HAD FOR BUSH, NOW GOES TO OBAMA
Your comment on the Vietnam war is sick!
Obama is the worst person that could ever be president. Hillary would have been much better.
Paisano,
In your second paragraph, the fourth sentence contains a grammatical error. “You are all to stupid to vote.” should be written “You are all too stupid to vote.” Should you really be accusing others of being stupid? I think it’s you who is intellectually lazy.
ObamaFTW,
You are clearly just another illiterate Obama supporter. Didn’t you learn to write correctly in school? Your grammar is awful! Your post is barely understandable! Please stay away from this website in order to avoid embarrassing yourself.
If, according to David, the Democratic party does not need a bunch of “close minded uneducated racists”, please tell the entire congregation of Trinity Church to leave the Democratic party. After seeing them all jump around like wild screaming monkeys when Reverend Wright was spouting hateful, racist, anti-American sermons, I felt sickened that these people are even citizens of our country.
“FINALLY THERE IS SOMETHING THAT REALLY ANGERS THE OBAMA BACKERS, VOTING FOR MCCAIN”
Yes I assumed this was part of the reason.
Think with your gut, you’re almost pure republican.
even if michigan and florida were fully counted, obama would still have the delegate lead.
and its the DELEGATES that get you the nomination, NOT popular vote. in the beginning, EVERY campaign’s strategy was to get the delegate lead, NOT POPULAR VOTE, because thats how you win
thats what the RULES ARE.
AND IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE RULES, THEN CHANGE THEM, YOU DON’T PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT RULES YOU WANT TO FOLLOW
AND JUST BECAUSE HILLARY LOST THE CAUCUSES DOESN’T AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THEM CORRUPT.
IT JUST MEANS HILLARY’S CAMPAIGN WAS TOO STUPID TO REALIZE THAT THEY MATTERED.
BRILLIANT STRATEGY, MARK PENN!
how bout a swell “T” shirt that ready “Anybody < 72 !”
The Senator from Keating5 said in 2000 he wouldn’t be a candidate again because he would be too old.
Percy11: Correction: You are NOT a Democrat and NO explanation you offer could make any sense after the past 8 years of the Republican disaster!
Judge Mr. McMorality by HIS life and then consider his high moral position. What his life’s history shows is anything but personal or professional morality. Just check HIS moral record.
I’m reminded of the joke where, at a concert someone shouts out, “The trumpet player is a sonofabitch!” Everyone looks around and the conductor asks who said, “The trumpet player is a sonfabitch!”
Someone in the back said, “I don’t care who said it. What I want to know is who called that sonofabitch a trumpet player!”
To complete the analogy, who called that Marxist sonfabitch a Democrat!
How can you talk the Republican talk when McCain supported Bush 95% of the time? It is a delusion to say otherwise.
After Rezko sings, Obama may get four years, but only if the judge is lenient.
There is so much irrationality now coming forth that I wonder why these people are enterring these inane comments.
Thank you, Comrade Luba. Jerkers of the World Unite!
The reading of most of the prior comments regarding why they are thretening to vote for McCain leaves me wondering what these folks have been smoking. 95% support by McCain of the Bush agenda in 2007 eliminates the chance that ANY rational democrat could vote for McSame.
Sign the “Ex-Hillary Fans For McCain” Pledge
Dear ex-Hillary fans who are showing their support for her by ignoring her call to support Obama and supporting McCain,
First, I’d like to congratulate you. You’ve asked yourself WWJMD and you’ve decided to vote against your own interests and principles while furthering Senator McCain’s. Before you’re allowed on the band wagon, we are asking you to sign the following oath. A McCain presidency will mean different things for different people, so we have tailored the oaths accordingly.
The McCain Loyalty Oath for Gays
I, _____________, pledge to transfer my support from Hillary Clinton to John McCain. I agree to do all I can do to get McCain the vote. In order to achieve this noble goal I promise to support McCain’s

* promise to protect “the sanctity of marriage as between a man and woman.”
* commitment to banning federal recognition of gay marriage and domestic partnerships.
* opposition to gay adoption which he doesn’t think is “appropriate.”

* enroll in a program to treat my homosexuality and “straighten” myself out, such as a “M.A.N.S. Journey” (Masculinity, Authenticity, Need Fulfillment, Surrender Journey).
* install nanny cams in my house to prevent any gay relapses.
* take responsibility for natural disasters**, including Katrina.
Once McCain is elected, I will continue to support him and his programs and I will not complain about my loss of civil rights. And I will continue to refrain from gay sex.
Sincerely,

* fight to overturn Roe v. Wade and my right to choose.
* fight against equal pay for men and women.
* opposition to providing low-income and uninsured women and families with health care services ranging from breast and cervical cancer screening to birth control.
* opposition to sex education and support of abstinence-only education.
* making birth control covered by insurance.
* endorsement of women’s rights more “in theory” than in practice.
* pet name for his wife.
As a woman I promise to apply McCain’s principles to my own life and vow to…
* call myself and my female friends the C word.
* picket abortion clinics.
* not use contraceptives.
* drink bleachso I don’t catch HIV and drink Mountain due so I don’t get pregnant.
* give back part of my salary to male coworkers.
* not vote, but pursue education and encourage my father/husband/brother male friends to vote for McCain.
Once McCain is elected, I will continue to support him and I will not complain about my losing my right to choose, and other reproductive freedoms. And I will continue to refrain from pursuing equality for women.

The McCain Loyalty Oath for Straight White Men
Straight white men, I bet you thought we left you out. This country may have turned its back on you, but we haven’t. Here’s a pledge of your own:

* clear my schedule for the next 100 years.
* enlist in the military.

Sincerely,

**Although McCain and Hagee have since un-endorsed each other, that was not until Hagee’s controversial Holocaust speech was discovered. McCain didn’t think Hagee’s position on gay people (or women of Muslims, for that matter) warrant his disavowal.
I read similar article also named Democrats For McCain Bumper Sticker, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
To say Hillary won the popular vote and deserves the nomination is idiotic. You’re the same people who put Bush in the white house, after Gore won the popular vote. The primary season is not based off votes, it’s based off delegates that represent the will of the people. She did NOTHING to organize in February, and to say she deserves special treatment for a poorly run campaign in the beginning of the year is ludicrous.
Now, Clinton ran a great campaign from mid-March till the end, and that’s why I know she’ll be back as a strong candidate, but to simply vote against him because you don’t like the way the primary systems are set-up is idiotic. I would have happily voted for Clinton if she won, because I really do care if we leave Iraq, have affordable health care, and get back to a middle-class economy that works for everyone.
I’m disappointed spite is taking over your emotions and voting against your interest. The number of issues Clinton and McCain agree on can be counted on a single hand. To vote based on perceptions, rumors, and smears is just sad.
Think for a second. Clinton will be in the Senate during an Obama presidency, which is where all the change has to come from. She will be able to push through her agenda and have him sign it in. To think Obama is drastically worse than Clinton would have been is a joke.
Do something productive for yourself and don’t listen to this hate monger.

Pop vote is idiotic? We don’t live in a democracy anymore? And I suppose the punditcracy criticizing smokey back room deals à la superdels if they benefit hillary is ok.. but not if they benefit Obama?
Seems the only idiot here is you. You don’t realize these aren’t the Clinton-Gore Democrats anymore? Strong on defense, pro trade, pro reform? So, if they were..then.. why would we have voted for Bush?
The GE is no different from the primary season. As in, PRIMARIES. By ballot. We have to do away with this system of caucuses. Tribal democracy.
Regardless of who won..i’d stil lbe saying the same thing. Here it just permitted Obama’s posse to act as hoodlums, shoving ppl around .. no wonder he did better there and less so at actual, lol *gasp hold your breath elections..
Really. Many things the republicans do better. No superdelegates (opens the door to cronyism) it is winner take all in the primaries (as it is in the GE) Had we done this by their rules hillary wuld already HAVE BEEN the nominee.
But then, that sidesteps the whole issue of loyalty.
We were united before he came along. He divided the party, using divisive politics, divisive tactics and rhetoric .. attacked the Clintons, went against them and the legacy of the greatest living president, tarnishing his legacy conflating it with the Bush Admin (pls.!) He injected race into it knowing that’d be the only way he’d get ahead; smearing is new politics? Or silencing voters America? Sounds like the USSR
What is the DNC? A bunch of communists? REMINDER - it is the DEMOCRATIC Natl Cttee not Dean’s Natl Cttee.
On the issues, hillary is the only one who would have changed the mission, keep a force there but not as combat troops but to stabilize. Mac is speaking of 4 years - 2013. What 100 years .. and even if, it most likely is the kind of occupation we see in Germany, Japan still today.
Fact is we went in, we can’t leave. Like that. Leave a mess behind.
Health - universal but coverage, not care. Which she has a lock on with her plan. It is in fact better health care did not pass back then because now can get coverage, which is better, not care. http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?topic=5489&uid=6425923706
Obama is hypocritical; believes in uhc (we don’t, we want coverage, not care) which is fine…but then produces a half baked plan that isn’t even care but an attempt at coverage, first, and even then leaves 15m ppl out.
If does not believe in one’s own plan ..
As to the economy, trade … hillary supported NAFTA in 1992. Which was good when written but globalization’s brought this little thing called outsourcing along with it …now has to be modified. She would. But she supported it. So she can. Obama however opposed it. Now would modify it?
That’s pandering. And I ask, how can we trust someone with the Dem nomination.. that doesn’t even espouse what is fundamental? What makes us Dems.
I would take any Democrat. Problem is .. hillary is the only one and she is being chastized by the Dem party.
I’m a Dem but a conservative Dem (social issues) and Reagan democrat. Say hello to the 21st century version, McCain Democrats
Us in the 21st. I’d rather support someone I believe in.
McCain is a military man. I respect that. Cindy is better looking. He has come out with a centrist vision as to climate change. The Arab media likes him (b/c of his realism vis à vis Iraq and Iran)
Like it or not he is a Maverick. He’s not Bush, it wouldn’t be a third Bush term. I can show you how he and Bush are like night on day. Keep in mind he had to pander to get the REPUBLICAN nomination (they aren’t factioned like us Dems are into liberals, conservatives, disadvantaged) Both he and hillary are friends, both are centrist. Obama/Dean and Cheney are polar ends.
Obama is an extremist. No less through his associations but, centrism by definition seeks to render the point moot. It is inclusive. Obama isn’t, he is polarizing, exclusive. People say Bill was. The only reason repubs didn’t like him..is because he did everything they did better.
Obama on the other hand .. it is ideological. He would gridlock the country, it’d become paralyzed.
And it is for those same ideological differences we have chosen McCain over Obama. It is country over party NOT the other way around. Painting him as McBush won’t work either, pls. try.
Nothing wrong with going on emotion. Dean did so in 2004. He lost. Ppl voting for Obama are doing so now. We will lose again.
The weekend of May 31st/June 1st was a travesty. It’s not the fact that she lost as much as … that hillary lost as much as .. that a CLINTON lost …as much as we lost as a party.
We just lost. I’m happy.. but will have to settle for education and health less. Because that is what makes us Dems. And what is what sets us apart from Obama and Mac. But at least Mac would be an excellent caretaker, he’d keep it open, wouldn’t wreck anything, for someone to come and fix it after. Erhm
guess who. Unless he decides to IMPLEMENT her plan. He has the track record for that.
Bipartisan
unity. Isn’t this the unity Obama is always speaking abt?
Purple
except we’re realistic, pragmatic, go by what is tried, tested and true and not empty rhetoric and hot air.
By this I conclude, yes. Obama not only would have been worse, it is not hillary/McCain vs McCain no. it is hillary/McCain to SAVE AMERICA. And the world..
Because with him America and the world would be going to hell.
correction; it is not hillary/Obama vs McCain, no. it is hillary/McCain to SAVE AMERICA. And the world..
Hey Fred Farkie..
Personally, I don’t care what you believe….Having BEEN a Democrat for well over (40) yrs. my time has come after this primary season to get the hell out…The Presumed Candidate from Chicago South Side has stirred the emotions of many in this party and by that, I mean, not his cult followers..what we are seeing is not the Party of the Tip O’Neill’s Truman,Roosevelt, of the world…this is thugary at it’s best and not a party I am proud of. so…in lieu of casting a vote for a “wanna be candidate”…I will cast my vote for a true Ameircan, not some character that blew into town a few yrs ago….
WTG McCain If Soros, Dean and Pelosi had their way we would all be little Obama robots, not this time “sweetie” . I feel really good and will be watching those polls to see that they are done in the American way, truthful.
Not it, but when, we get McCain in as president we will have our nation back . No Soros, Pelosi or Dean. He will guide us through and return our honor, intergity and patriotism. Obama can go back to Africa, if they will have him.
And McCain will take us , and be very happy doing it, I am a Republican and am helping the Clinton people find a way to slam the door in the DNC face. More power to them . Obama is against the American way, you wouldn’t find my minister saying GD America, or my friends bombing American buildings, or my “confident ” dealing in fraufulent money, 14 counts of it, or my wife saying anti white things to the world. Get real Obamanites, come on over to the freedom side.
Shut your lieing mouth , I am a woman also and I will defend her from mouths like yours. We do not need such language such as your s any where.
He goes across the line in Congress to vote, always for the best for the people that why. Obama has not completed his first term, and sucks up to Kennedy and Kerry for looks of :granduer, so be it, he is not fit to wipe the feet of any American . Wish I had him here in Cedar Rapids to day , I would push him in the water. They say the rotten stuff always sinks to the bottom.
Amen to that

I believe that Obama’s stance on partial birth abortion and his votes against providing care for tiny survivors of abortion are appalling. He goes far beyond the “pro-choice” label - anyone who could let a baby die from lack of basic sustenance and medical care is cold-blooded and despicable. This is only one of the many issues that John McCain and I agree upon.
Is it really true that Obama is living in Farrankhan’s former house? If so, why has that fact not been made public - this is the 1st I have heard of it? I have read & heard that Obama got the house for a price much below the market value, but if this is really true, it puts everything in a much “darker” light.
Hillary 2012, mccain 2008 , noobama , America strong united stands
Democrats for McCain are above name calling…stupid!
I’m with you all the way. For the first time in twenty years I will vote Republican. I just can’t drink the Obama Kool-Aid.
I have always noted for Democratic presidential candidates, but not this year. McCain is a experienced man, experienced politician, and a man of conviction. I am not prepared to vote for an inexperienced, neighborhood organizer into the most powerful position in the United States. Not going to happen.
Do you really think Obama has all the answer to these nation problems? That’s the same claimed that GWB campaigned when he was running against Al Gore. For me experience is a must. Oh yeah he’ll relays on different adviser like GWB did. I suppose that what you call change (same change).
Marty in IOWA.
I’m been voting for democrat. But for me aside from being American Hero, McCain is more of a Presidential material than celebrity elite’s obama.
Democrats are out off their mind for supporting inexperience politician. Never learn from the past eight years.
For sharkeye1
Thank you very much for expressing-it better and with intellect.
I truly support your last statement “Country first, Party Second, Obama Never”.
Jhun
For John
Thank you for expressing my thought. Your statement is more clearly than mine:
“I’m been voting for democrat. But for me aside from being American Hero, McCain is more of a Presidential material than celebrity elite’s obama.
Democrats are out off their mind for supporting inexperience politician. Never learn from the past eight years”.
Jhun
OK Mikki,
Call me independent who hate tax hike, Rev Wright, celebrity elite’s and never elect inexperience politician and appreciate/trust American hero like John McCain.
Jhun.
How can anybody vote for a person that will not even pay respect to the American Flag…little more to the veterans who have given him the right to say and do the things HIS country would not let him do…..Also what the duel citizenship…I thought our President should be AMERICAN….Is this all the DEMS can do……..sorry excuse for a president hopeful
This is a clear statement to the Democratic Party that we will not let them force a candidate on us. Hillary was the most qualified candidate and should have had the nomination. Instead there were those forces in the party who were more concerned with keeping a Clinton out of power than they were with the best interests of the United States and the Democratic Party. I voted for Obama in 2004 when he ran for the Senate, and I will make sure that not only do I vote against him this year but when he runs for re-election in 2010.
As for my vote, it is mine to do with as I please. Maybe after four years of President McCain the party will be ready for Hillary!
I hope and pray that You so called Dem. following get Your heads out of Your butts unless You want to see more home forclosures and gas stay at $5.00 a gallon or more and watch as the oil cronnies of bush and teflon john line their pockets some more. As far as teflon john having experience, at what “how to cheat on his first wife”.
YOU’RE NOT A DEMOCRAT IF YOU SUPPORT A REPUBLICAN. You’re just an idiot.
A vote for McCain is showing your support for the failed policies of the Republicans, including the war. Show your support for Bush by voting McCain!
No Travers! You’re the fool for voting for an unpatriotic candidate with terrorist ties. Oh-and no experience what so ever. FL going McCain.
Name calling is surely the answer!
I have been a Democrat all my life and I am greatly disappointed in my party and its actions. The DNC betrayed us Florida voters with the whole business they started with denying our primary vote. I then recieved anti-Republican(which I certainly am) materials from the DNC but that contained blatant lies and half truths. Ironically, that mailing also informed me of how important my vote was to the Democratic Party.
I don’t mind bashing republicans, but I do mind dishonesty in doing so. The Republicans have done enough on their own without having to make up stuff about them!
Obama frightens me…his wife even more so. They are NOT what we need to get this country back on the right track or good examples for the American people to start having faith in ourselves again. Was Hillary? No, I don’t think she was either.
Am I ready to join the Republicans? NO. I am not quite ready to sell my soul to the devil.
But Between McCain and Obama, I must choose McCain, the known and predictable evil of the two.
Or I could trow my vote away on Ralph Nader or the Temperance Party HAHAHAHAHAHA!
I have to say u guys r fucked up!!!! abandoning your party you Deutsch bags are retarded your not a democrat if u support a republican stupid, u try and say that Obama is the reason for 4$ a gallon of gas u make me sick, i hope your happy having your veins flow with propaganda. Great choice getting behind a redneck unexperienced pro-life against gay marriage bitch who wants to get rid of the constitution and kill the separation of church and state. you like McCain even though his values are opposite of yours just because he has a woman, god get over the primaries and fuck u McCain
Travers comments such as yours are so much a part of the problems in this country today. I am a Democrat and proud of it, but I am ashamed of how both parties do business. Only a fool would believe their party has all the answers and is right all the time. It is time to get rid of the status quo in this country and Washington and elect someone that has demonstrated they are capable of working across party lines. I trust Obama as much as I trust George Bush and the is exactly not at all. Mcain has exemplifed himself as a Great American his entire life. The same can definitly not be said of Obama. It is time to vote for the person and not the party. Therefore I proudly cast my vote for John McCain as President of this Great Country.
After the delegates to the Democratic Convention of 2000 BOOED, BOOED the Scout color guard AND the American flag, I changed my lifelong affiliation to the party. Having served in two wars, I could no longer be part of a party that views pillow-biters and abortionists as good and Scouts as evil.
That last line cinched it for me. McCain and Palin might be able to cut thru some of that liberal lemming-like behavior. No, there is no perfect world, but please tell me how the Obama ticket (without one specific plan in place) intends to wave a magic wand and lower 95% of our taxes, give ever needy person healthcare and invest in energy technology with no money….? Hmmmm, sounds like another fairy tale with an extended hand in my pocket again! I am anti gun, but that doesn’t mean I have the right to take away a lawfully procured one….especially if the person behind it is trained and responsible. This “it’s all about me and MY rights” mentality has got to go! Country first even if all those self centered people have to forgo a few “rights”.
You’re signature, Mr. Farkle, tells me where you live and why your opinion is so laughable…..LAUGH IN…..Hey, do you know Ferd Berfle? Obama is a great JFK/MLK sound alike. Speaking is his strong suit, but I don’t have my retirement to waste on a guy who’ll need training wheels for 4 years.
Mr. sparkle farkel,
By the number of posts I see from you, you might do better to support the Democrats by phone polling of actually doing some work instead of just throwing barbs. Actually it makes me more determined than ever to get out and cancel your vote…..beat you to the polls!
Unfortunately ‘our’ candidate ‘mr. obama’ isn’t experienced enough to keep our country safe…regardless of mcbush’s policies, i believe he is the one to keep our country safe…all else is secondary…..
i’ll have to vote mccain in 08 and clinton in 12
unfortunately obama’s group is working hard to get those ‘too stupid to vote’ registered…i doubt they have computer access so you may want to redirect your comments….i am tell you, as a fellow-dem, our country IS NOT SAFE w/ obama…
hillary ‘12
I am a Democrat and have voted stright Democrat for 40 years. For the fist time in my life I’m going to do somthing that I never thought I would do vote for a Republican. I’m voting for John McCain Nov. 4th. The DNC has turned its back on the true Democrats and Obama is the worst thing that ever happen he is slick and sleazy.
Democrats for MC Cain.
I can not vote for Obama, due to his inability to connect with folks who wakes 5 am,take a bus a train and work for minimum wage.Is much easier for me to identify with Palin, than the elitist Barack Hussein Obama.
His arrogance is enournous.Pls don’t sell yourself as agent of change, when your wife takes $10,000 piano lessons.
He is not ready, hammas loves him,and we will attacked again if this disaster become president.
There is reason why i am a democrat.Because of the honesty of JFK,hard work of Carter, and the diplomacy of Clinton. And Obama does not translate these values in any ways.
For what its worth.
I come from a Family of life long Democratic supporters.
I myself am a registered Dem but now all of us have been quite disappointed in the way Mr Obama has been running his campaign.
He has been making allot of false statements about McCain
Witch are very easy to disregard in fact quite obviously
flat out lies.
We really expected more out of someone who claims to be
an honest and straight forward man of the people.
If he just stuck to the issues at hand and come out with his plan for the economy and for the security of our nation then maybe so many of us wouldn’t be changing our votes to John McCain. Myself i dont believe for a second he even has a plan.
Oh yeah.
For the love of god we need to take back our party from the liberals.
They are like a cancer festering in our party.
Latino Democrats for McCain 2008!
i will vote for mccain and hope that that the winds of change will change back to the first 6 and a half years of bushs administration i work for a living and make less than most of the democrats that are yelling about not having medical insurance. drop one of the 30000 dollar cars and pay for your own medical insurance stop eating ourt 7 days a week save some of your money and pay for the medial insurance on your own i dont care if your kid cant go to privite school and drive their own ford mustang the last 4 years give me a break i dont make with an asst degree from major university i dont make 30000 a year and i have health, life and long term disability insurance. i dont go on vacation every year or buy a new car every 4 years but i live almost comfortable . if you have a problem with the damage to the county look to the federal reserve. it wants all of us to be under their thumb in dept and is not even a govenment owned business. bankers have broken the us down now its time to grab our boot straps and pull really hard squish the crap out of the usless scum suckers of our country and go to work building it up again. it can and will be done with a lot of work and less wild spending. take care of yourself and your own family and dont depend on the government to wipe your nose everytime your plans dont work out.
Obama, Ayers Connection
Vote McCauin Palin Keep America Safe
Mc Cain is wrong “ WE should be afraid of O’Bama “
The average undecided voter at this time may not understand the importance of the
connection between OBAMA and AYERS. Facts that are missing and need be
explained to make a difference are as follows :
1) Wm Ayers did his terror on behalf of the Black Panther party a Muslim Black Power Party
Granted OBAMA was eight years old at the time. Is it just a co-incidence he
connected with AYERS 30 years later to start his Political career.
The Black Panther Party endorses OBAMA for president.
2) Malik Zulu Shabazz leader the New Black Panther Party states “I have nothing
but respect for Obama,a man with a “Muslim background, a man of color.”
and for his pastor,” referring to Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s pastor of nearly
20 years. Other statements by Malik Zulu Shabazz include I say to all Jewish
people and all white people,” he told a Howard University audience stop pushing
your Holocaust down my throat, when the black holocaust is the worst holocaust
humanity has ever seen.” Five months later at the same school, he warned, “We will
never bow down to the white, Jewish, Zionist onslaught.”
3) Rev. Wright calls himself an EX MUSLIM, IS it a Co-incidence Reverend Wright’s hate sermons are virtually identical as those given by his good friend, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who followed in the footsteps of Malcolm X.
4) Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan calls OBAMA the MESSIAH to rally the children.
5) Muslims abroad endorse OBAMA and contribute to his campaign.
6) Lets give OBAMA the benefit, even though he has lied about everything concerning Rev. Wright and Ayers up to this point. He claims he is not a Muslim O.K., Rev Wright also claims he is not a Muslim, O.K. They still endorses the Hate America, Hate the White Man theology whatever religion you want to call it. It’s not like any church I have ever attended.
7) I’ve heard threats of Black uprising if Obama looses. He is destroying this country.
The Acorn voter fraud pretty much sums up his organization.
America We better wake up. We unanimously criticize OBAMA for listening to
Wright for 20 Years. Yet we vote for an agenda that will make REV. Wright,
Louis Farrakhan and the the New Black Panther Party the new religion of this
country. Think it can’t happen, Europe also thought it couldn’t happen.
BUT IT DID
