Wisconsin Democratic delegate and Hillary supporter says she’s going to vote for McCain. A couple days later, the state party votes to not seat her.

Debra Bartoshevich, an elected delegate to the DNC convention who is pledged to Hillary Clinton, recently noted that she now supports John McCain. She cited, among other things, Barack Obama’s controversial associations and the unfair treatment of Hillary Clinton in her decision.
Fast forward a few days. At the state Democratic Party convention, party members passed a resolution asking the national party not to seat Bartoshevich at the Denver convention.
So much for free speech and free will. I’d like to say I’m surprised but I’ve come to expect this from the “New And Improved” Democratic Party?

They have removed Clinton’s name from the ballot at the convention: this has never been done before: you are right that this is not illegal, in that the courts do not intervene in intraparty disputes, but you are wrong if you think this is not important or immoral. It goes against more than 200 years of party tradition. Either party. It is more strong-arm Chicago tactics. Lobbying is pretty well unrestricted in Chicago. Obummer already receives illegal bundled money from overseas. This makes it that much harder to combat. The DNC apparatus being moved to Chicago– again, another unprecedented move– is highly undesirable. It replaces all the anti-Obama delegates with Daleybots.
You might not get this, but having absolute support is undesirable: it’s not representative,. Squashing dissent is unAmerican.
It’s wrong to say Obama has won. Obama doesn’t win the nomination until the first ballot of the dem convention occurs. But they’ve taken off one of the candidates names: Clinton’s. Understand that candidates who have been more than a thousand delegates behind have always been left on the ballot. The only reason her name is being omitted–against the express will of over half the people who have voted in this country– is because she might win. HIs so called election is a sham. That is why we call it a selection.
